DEPOSIT

A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to book your appointment. This amount will be applied toward the total cost of your service.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL THE DEPOSIT BE REFUNDED.

PAYMENTS

Deposits must be paid via credit/debit card at booking. By booking, you authorize Beauty By Ross to charge the card on file for any applicable cancellation fees.

The remaining balance is due at the time of service (card or exact cash). No Venmo, Cash App, Paypal, or checks. An ATM is available next door in the smoke shop.

REFUNDS

NO REFUNDS

Body Contouring: You are paying for the technician’s time and expertise, not for a guaranteed specific outcome. If you are unsatisfied with your results it could be due to various medical reasons (known or unknown) and/or lifestyle choices pre + post service.

Lash services: Have an issue with your lashes? Let me know within 48 hours. After ​discussing your concerns we can decide to either do ​a free removal ​or a free touch-up appointment.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in:

1st offense: Loss of deposit

2nd offense: Charge 50% of service (-deposit)

3rd offense and beyond: Charge for full service (-deposit)

If the appointment was part of a package, you will lose that treatment.

You will be banned from future appointments until the cancellation debt is paid.

Excessive cancellations/reschedules may result in refusal of future booking.

RESCHEDULING

Realize that day won’t work? Let me know with more than 48 hours notice and your deposit can be used for your new appointment.

If you are contagious or feeling unwell, please let me know. If you arrive sick, I reserve the right to cancel your appointment and keep your deposit.

LATENESS

Please notify me as soon as possible if you are running late.

I do not charge a late fee, but I will not extend your appointment beyond the scheduled end time.

If you are more than ~15 minutes late, I may cancel the appointment at my discretion.

If you are 15+ minutes late and unresponsive, I will assume you are not coming.

SQUEEZE-INS

Can’t find an appointment that fits your schedule? Let me know! I ​might be able to get you in before or after my ​normal hours or even ​on a day off. This will require a $50 non-refundable squeeze-in fee due at time of deposit.

GUESTS

No guests, children, or pets allowed.

VAPING

No vaping allowed on the property.

PATCH TEST (lash services)

Lash adhesive allergies can occur at any time—even after years without issues.

Patch tests are optional, but not fully reliable, as reactions may still develop after a full set.
